Using vintage wool blankets, you'll create a collection of brooches and small patches featuring words, sayings, or kupu that hold meaning for you. You'll learn simple embroidery techniques to stitch your chosen kupu, then spend time embellishing your work with buttons, trims, and treasures from the Whare's ever-growing collection of creative supplies. No two pieces will be the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
