Cancellation Policy
To ensure a fair and smooth experience for both our valued whānau and our creative team, the following policy applies to all sessions booked under this subscription: 🗓 Booking & Attendance Subscribers must book a session in advance via our online booking on our website Your subscription entitles you to 4 Tuesday sessions over 6 weeks. Unused sessions do not roll over. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session booking up to 12 hours before the session with no penalty by emailing korero@wharehaututu.nz. Reschedules within 12 hours or no-shows will count as a used session, with no refund or replacement. 🧾 Refunds & Missed Sessions Subscription payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If Whare Hau Tutū needs to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a make-up session, or a credit applied to your subscription. 🤝 Fair Use & Manaakitanga We ask you to book only the sessions they intend to attend.
