About This Kaupapa

Kia Ora,

Ko Maeana ahau.

Nō Nūhaka tōku whānau.

I was introduced to pigments in 2022, creating natural pigments from whenua, kōhatu and rākau, led by curiosity, instinct, and a whole lot of tutu energy.

Ngā Tae o te Whenua

A creative kaupapa grounded in kaupapa Māori, for people drawn to whenua, natural materials, and the practice of making colour with care and intention.
