Cancellation Policy
Casual Members: To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us via email korero@wharehaututu.nz prior to 12 hours before your session. Sessions cancelled prior to 12 hours of the booked session must be rebooked within two weeks, or your session and subsequent payment with be forfeited. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the booked session forfeits the ability to rebook and subsequent payment. Members: Please log in to your Spaces account to reschedule your session prior to 12 hours before the booked session.
